Operator and agreement

Zrima is operated by Alexandru Grecu, an individual in Romania using the name Zrima. These terms cover the website and Zrima services, including Pro. By using them, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, stop using them. Our Privacy page explains how information is handled. Contact details and the postal address appear below.

App license and lawful use

Apps distributed through the App Store are licensed under the applicable Apple end-user license agreement unless a custom license is provided with the app. Using Zrima does not transfer ownership of its software or branding. You retain your rights in your own tasks and notes.

Use Zrima lawfully and respect other people’s rights. Do not bypass purchase verification or security controls. Restrictions on copying or modifying the app apply only to the extent permitted by applicable law and relevant licenses.

Using Zrima

Zrima is a visual daily planner for personal use on compatible Apple devices. You are responsible for the information you add and the decisions you make with it. The app helps organize your day; it does not promise particular productivity, health, or other outcomes.

Free planning and Zrima Pro

Core planning is free and works offline without a Zrima account. Free features include manual scheduling and replan previews. Applying a whole-day replan, routines and day templates, Apple Reminders integration, custom notification offsets, and longer-term trends require Pro.

Pro is offered as monthly and annual subscriptions. The App Store displays the price in your region before purchase. Both plans charge immediately; neither includes a free trial. There is no lifetime plan at launch.

Billing and renewal

Apple processes payments. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled under the terms shown by the App Store. Manage or cancel your subscription through your Apple Account. Deleting the app does not cancel your subscription.

When Pro access expires, tasks, notes, and history remain available. Actions that require Pro become unavailable until Pro is active again.

Restoring purchases and refunds

Use Restore Purchases in the app with the Apple Account used for the purchase. Apple handles App Store refunds according to eligibility and applicable consumer protections.

Your data and connected services

You control your tasks and optional connections. Keep backups appropriate to your needs. iCloud, Calendar, Apple Reminders, and purchase services depend on Apple or other service providers and may be unavailable from time to time. See the Privacy page for how these services handle information.

Availability and responsibility

Features may change and services may be interrupted by maintenance or provider failures. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, error-free planning suggestions, or preservation of every backup. Review planning suggestions before applying them and keep copies of information that matters to you. The app license governs applicable warranties and liability limitations, subject to mandatory consumer rights.

Applicable legal terms

These website and service terms are governed by Romanian law. Mandatory consumer protections in your country of habitual residence continue to apply. The courts of Dolj County, Romania have non-exclusive jurisdiction; this does not limit your right to bring a consumer claim before another court available under mandatory law. Contact us so we can try to resolve a concern. The app license and App Store purchases remain subject to the applicable Apple agreements, including their governing-law and dispute provisions. Nothing in these terms excludes a statutory warranty, remedy, or consumer right that cannot legally be excluded.
