Your plans. Your privacy.
How Zrima handles your planning information, optional connections, and purchases.
Who operates Zrima
Zrima and getzrima.com are operated by Alexandru Grecu, an individual in Romania using the name Zrima. The operator is the data controller for personal information processed to operate the website and answer support requests. Contact details and the postal address appear below. Apple and other providers handle information under their own applicable terms and privacy policies.
Your planning information
Zrima stores tasks, notes, schedules, and planning history locally on your device. Core planning works offline and does not require a Zrima account. Zrima does not operate a custom server for your task content.
Optional iCloud sync
When iCloud sync is available and enabled, planning data can be stored in your private iCloud database using Apple CloudKit and synced across your devices. Apple operates that service. If iCloud is unavailable, you can continue using local planning.
Calendar and Apple Reminders
Zrima requests permission before accessing Calendar or Apple Reminders. Calendar events can be displayed on your timeline. Pro’s Apple Reminders integration can read reminders and make changes following your explicit actions. External items keep their source identity.
You can manage these permissions in your device’s Settings. Declining access does not prevent local planning.
Purchases and subscription information
Apple processes App Store payments. Zrima uses RevenueCat to verify purchases and provide Pro access. This involves purchase information, subscription status, and an app user identifier. Zrima does not require you to create an account, but purchase processing is separate from optional analytics.
Zrima does not receive your full payment-card details. Task titles, notes, and schedule content are not sent as purchase metadata.
Optional analytics
Optional analytics is not configured in this release. Zrima does not send optional usage analytics. Purchase verification still uses Apple and RevenueCat as described above.
Widgets and Live Activities
Widgets and Live Activities use local schedule snapshots to show your day outside the app. Depending on your privacy settings, task details may appear on your Home Screen or Lock Screen. Review Zrima’s display and privacy options to control what is shown.
Backups and deletion
Backup files you export are stored wherever you choose to save them. You control those copies and should protect them if they contain private task content.
Removing local app data does not necessarily remove copies in iCloud or exported backups. Manage those separately in the relevant Apple storage settings or file location. Contact support if you need help understanding which copies you have. Purchase records are governed separately by Apple and RevenueCat.
This website
This website has no advertising, analytics scripts, contact forms, or tracking cookies. Fonts and product images are served with the site. Following an App Store or other external link takes you to that provider’s service.
The website is hosted on a Hetzner server and delivered through Cloudflare for DNS, caching, and connection security. Website requests are processed by these providers and our web server. Technical records can include IP addresses, requested URLs, timestamps, response status, browser information, and referring pages. We use these records to deliver the site, diagnose problems, and prevent abuse. Our website container rotates its logs across three files of up to 10 MB each; older entries are overwritten as new requests arrive, so the retention time depends on traffic rather than a fixed number of days. Cloudflare keeps its own operational and security records under its service-specific retention rules and privacy policy.
Support emails
If you email support, we receive your email address and the message, attachments, and other information you provide so we can respond. Avoid sending passwords or private task content.
Cloudflare Email Routing forwards incoming support emails to our Google Gmail inbox. Replies are sent through Brevo’s SMTP service. These providers process email addresses, message content, and technical delivery information to route, store, and deliver correspondence. Brevo can also record email opens and link clicks associated with recipients. Our current Brevo settings retain transactional email logs for one month and do not store previews of new emails. This does not delete the correspondence stored in Gmail or copies held by recipients. Cloudflare retains routing and security records under its own service rules.
Where providers process information
Our service providers may process information outside Romania and the European Economic Area, including in the United States. Their policies describe processing locations and safeguards for international transfers, such as applicable adequacy decisions and standard contractual clauses. Cloudflare and Google describe these safeguards in the policies linked above; Apple and RevenueCat describe their arrangements in the purchase and privacy information linked earlier. Contact us for information about safeguards applicable to your website or support data.
Why we process information and how long we keep it
Where data-protection law requires a legal basis, we process information to provide requested services, pursue legitimate interests in answering support requests and keeping services secure, meet legal obligations, or obtain consent where required. Withdrawing consent does not affect earlier lawful processing.
Support correspondence is kept while needed to answer your request and handle follow-up, or where retention is required for legal obligations or disputes. Local plans, iCloud copies, exported backups, and provider purchase records follow the storage and deletion arrangements described above. Contact us about a particular record; we do not have access to your private task database.
Your privacy rights
Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, or a portable copy of personal information, object to or restrict processing, or withdraw consent. Send requests to the email below. We may need to verify your identity and will respond within the legally required period.
You can also complain to your data-protection authority. In Romania, this is ANSPDCP. Local planning information can be managed on your device; Apple provides controls for information held in your iCloud account.
